Bernard is happy at being very busy introducing enthusiastic potential buyers to properties in the Eastern Beaches as well as other suburbs throughout the Southern and Western suburbs of Auckland. In 2016 Bernard sold properties in Half Moon Bay, Bucklands Beach, Sunnyhills, Mellons Bay and Papatoetoe. Most of Bernard’s listings in 2016 and 2017 have sold under the hammer at auction above or around vendor expectation. Both vendors and buyers were all very happy with how Bernard conducted the pre- auction marketing, buyer interaction and the communication process during negotiation.
For the ‘Customer Satisfaction Reports’ that have been sent to Ray White from vendors and buyers, three have given him a 9/10 (“we never give 10/10”) and four 10/10. Bernard is proud of these results as it reflects what he strives to achieve every time he works with his vendors and buyers.
In February 2017 Bernard’s 2016 results and effort were rewarded by Ray White when he was made ‘Executive Status’ for reaching a set commission scale for Australasia. This could have only been achieved because of the support and confidence his vendors and buyers were given and appreciated.
2017 got off to a great start with the sale of an apartment in Half Moon Bay for over $2.0 million followed up with the sale of a property at 18 Woodview Rise in Botany for $1,395,000 and the other at 10 Kaniere Place in Half Moon Bay for $1,745,000. Both were sold at auction. Bernard has already been asked to appraise over 20 properties to date in 2017and has had numerous meetings with potential vendors and buyers. He remains positive and excited about the prospect of another successful year in 2017 and to working closely once again with both vendors and buyers to get the results they desire in a softening market.
