Bernard is happy at being very busy introducing enthusiastic potential buyers to properties in the Eastern Beaches as well as other suburbs throughout the Southern and Western suburbs of Auckland. In 2017 Bernard sold properties in Half Moon Bay, Cockle Bay and Botany Downs. Most of Bernard’s listings in 2016 and 2017 have sold under the hammer at auction above or around vendor expectation. Both vendors and buyers were all very happy with how Bernard conducted the pre-auction marketing, vendor reporting, buyer interaction and feedback as well as the overall communication process during negotiation.
In 2017 Bernard’s results and effort were rewarded by Ray White when he was made ‘Executive Status’ for reaching a set commission scale for Australasia. This could have only been achieved because of the support and confidence his vendors and buyers were given and appreciated.
2018 has got off to a great start with the sale of a cross-lease three bedroom, two bathroom property in Half Moon Bay followed up with the sale of a property on Botany Road in Botany Downs and another on Prince Regent Drive in Half Moon bay. All three were sold by negotiation after the foundation of interest was established by the auction process. He remains positive and excited about the prospect of another successful year in 2018 and to working closely once again with both vendors and buyers to get the results they desire in a changing market.
