The auction generated competitive, transparent bidding, resulting in 40 bids, achieving an unconditional "Under the Hammer " sale at $1,831,000. After calling 86 Haseler Crescent, Mellons Bay home for 37 years, the owners were delighted for the eventual "winners" as they secured a much loved family home, within the popular Macleans School Zone. Selling unconditionaly on auction day, Lynne & Vince were then able to celebrate the purchase of their new forever home the very next day!

The property had been a rental property for over 20 years with the premarket preparations an essential element to the success of this campaign, encouraging private viewings and excellent turnout to our open homes.
