Bernard enjoys working with people which is reflected not only in his years of senior management in sales, marketing and business, but also in his role as a salesperson with Ray White. Satisfaction and enjoyment of the sales process has been the ongoing key to achieving positive results for his vendors and buyers.
Testimonials from clients have identified his ongoing positive attitude, empathetic approach, professionalism and communication skills as key attributes. His ability to listen and understand individual needs, has also allowed him to act effectively and gain pleasing results for his clients.
His clients have expressed their positive experiences to Bernard via the Ray White ‘Customer Service Feedback’ forms by giving him 10/10 for his last 24 sales activities.
In 2020 and 2021, in the years of COVID, Bernard has sold properties in Half Moon Bay, Flat Bush, Eastern Beach, Botany Downs, Bucklands Beach, Cockle Bay and Howick. In 2021 to date he has sold eight properties that were his own listings and three held by other companies resulting in eleven sales to date. He has two other listings currently on the market.
2021 has seen unprecedented sales across New Zealand and particularly in Auckland influenced by low interest rates, low number of properties for sale and large numbers of buyers. First home buyers, investors and developers are influencing the price competitiveness of the market. Bernard is actively working all these groups with both sellers and buyers.
Although the real estate market has changed significantly over the last two years Bernard believes the principles remain the same as before with good communication, market knowledge, empathetic approach to both the selling and buying process by actively supporting his large client base.
If you feel he can help you achieve your real estate goals in this changing market, or you would like some guidance going forward, please contact Bernard as he will be delighted to assist you.
